Good evening kind sirs and madams, thank you very much for your participation. SUGGESTIVE KEY : MATERIAL: BIOPSY, POSTERIOR PHARYNGEAL WALL GROWTH. MICROSCOPY : Section studied shows parts of an infiltrating tumor composed of cords, nests and sheets of moderately differentiated, malignant squamous cells that exhibit abundant eosinophilic cytoplasm and large moderately pleomorphic round to oval vesicular nuclei with evident nucleoli. Dyskeratotic cells and keratin pearls are noted. Rare mitotic figure is seen. Tumor is seen infiltrating the underlying muscle. Adjacent stroma is chronically inflamed. IMPRESSION : BIOPSY, POSTERIOR PHARYNGEAL WALL GROWTH SHOWING FEATURES OF SQUAMOUS CELL CARCINOMA, MODERATELY DIFFERENTIATED. Thank you all.

squamous epithelial cells arranged in cords ,nests,a and also in sheets with moderate to severe nuclear pleomorphism vesicular to hyperchromatic nucleus with prominent nucleoli individual cell keratinisation and keratin pearls are also seen-f/s/o well differentiated squamous cell carcinoma

Revered sir, thank you for your participation.
