50F having c/o Rt Hypochondrial pain radiating to back for many months. 2 months before she went for USG abdomen which suggests multiple GB calculi.. Today she presented with extreme abdominal pain, vomiting and diarrhoea.. CBC suggestive of Mild leucocytosis. LFT, Amylase/lipase within normal range. Kindly give comments on following standing x ray & opine on further approach..!

52 years old male with symptoms of acute cholecystitis. USG shows CHOLELITHIASIS with acute cholecystitis and gall bladder wall thickening . Even after 1 and a half months- gall bladder wall thickening is not reduced. A CECT abdomen shows xanthogranulomatous cholecystitis with CHOLELITHIASIS. Treatment Plan in this case
