Growth over scrotal skin

Male patient of age 45 Chief Complaints Small Growth (Non increasing) over Left lower side of testicles (scrotal) skin since 5 months Size approx (1mm×1mm). History History of taking medication for htn since one year No history of trauma Vitals Bp:140/84 Pulse:90 Spo2: 99 Rbs:110 App/sleep/bowel/bladder: normal Physical Examination Normal Pain(-) Afebrile No history of pain or injury Investigations I advice Cbc Lipid profile Urine rm Diagnosis Cybeceaous cyst??? Epididymal cyst??

Mole most likely. Go for excision and biopsy of lesion.
