Hi everyone its long back to see u all.23yr old male c/o progressive weakness in lower limb since 3/4 month with loss of urination n bowl movement .now power in lower limbs is grade zero .uppre limb grad 3-4.no h/o trauma, fever cough cold , contact,loss of wt,.pt just came today .no investigation or any medical records available .BP 110/80 mmhg, pulse 84/ min SpO2 98'/ . what is diagnosis n what to do further please guide
