50 yr female having following skin lesion since 15 days... tell me ur valuable opinion n their management?

45 yo healthy male on no medications started 3 weeks ago with peeling of the skin of the ears with some redness bilaterally. Then developed red patches on the neck and scattered on the trunk. Symptoms resolved mildly and then returned 4 days ago. Reports no other symptoms. Has a more reddish patch on the leg as well.
