Accidental case, vomating will blood,blood come from nose and ear,I attached treatment before hcct,and after hcct attach film and report,should I refere to neurosurgeon, suggestions me Chief Complaints Fracture with hemotympanim and hemosinus

A c/o head injury with EDH lt side temporal region and having bleeding from nose ear and hematamesis due to FRACTURE cranium needs ITU management under c/o neurosurgeon

Referred immediately to higher centers where Neurosurgeon r available.

Should be referred to Neurosurgeon Sub dural Haematoma has to be drained out

Case need specific TT by neurosurgeon

Must be referred

This patient should definitely be referred to a neurosurgeon without any second thoughts.
