Headache flatulence
Long history of recurrent seasonal headache (appers for a month /week ) which arises after unable to pass flatus as said by patient (my father), dx, endoscopy and ct done with null pathology, please give your valuable opinion on cause and management.
Rule out hypertension Rule out Diabetes Rule out sinusitis Rule out migraine Rule out Tension headache Rule out irritable bowel syndrome Rule out refractory errors Rule out allergy. Rule out GERD Coming to the treatment Identify the cause and treat it. Symptomatic treatment Psychological counseling Anxiolytics Tab paracetamol 650 mg sos PPI
Here are possible causes to rull out 1) ref Error check eye sites 2) sinusitis check x ray PNS 3) HTN 4) sugar level 5) ICSOL 6) Migraine 7) Cluster headache Find the cause and treat accordingly

Ask for CBC ESR Blood SUGAR IgE RE URINE, Vision Test, ask to avoid Coffee, And Give Amitriptyline 25 one bd, Tab Naprosyn 250 sos , Syrup Momplus 2 tsf at 8 pm

Dear Dr. The patient is suffering with dry cough since 2 and half years ago. first the patient suffered from fever and cough with sputum for about 1 month and not taken treatment. after one month the cough became dry cough. -No history of allergies -No history of smoking and drinking =the cough is characterised by: -throat irritation -reddening of face while cough -No sputum -increases in night time, and after food and drinking water too. #consulted 3 doctors and done cxr. doctor told it's due to some allergies and given cough syrups and tablets. # patient is not relieved of dry since then. please kindly do dx And recommend rx.

65 yrs , diabetic /m , c/o swelling on eye for last 4 days. H/o instilling moxifloxacin e/drops prescribed by ophthalmologist. pt was on Rx for sinusitis under physician ( m. d ) . There was headache on same side initially , but no headache or pain in eye is present right now. suggest possibilities & management. Thanks.

35,F,c/o refractory dry cough since a month more in the evening hrs.not asso with fever,wt loss etc. bronchodilators,antibiotics, antihistaminics, Rx for GERD,given.routine lab,IGE,ESR,Ab E counts normal.PFT,ECHO normal.not on any chronic medications. RS clear, CT thorax and cxray displayed. plz sugg further management.
