Headache & low grade fever

A 32-year-old woman presents with onset of a severe occipital headache and low-grade fever. Aggravation- bending forward, skipping meals Her physical examination reveals an area of erythema and swelling posterior to the right ear and a nonmobile tympanic membrane in that ear. Appetite, thirst- normal Stool on-off constipation Urine- normal temp- 99.5 F RR- 23/min

vat kaphaj jwara It can be compared with influenza or swine flue as said by dr. Sood in treatment, virechana can be done to controll fever. Kaphasamak treatment can be given after virechana. Talisadi churna+trikatu churna haridrakhand laxmivilas ras(nardiya) tribhuvan kirti rasa sudarshan churna.

रोगी वातज ज्वर से पीड़ित है। चिकित्सा संबंधी योग,,,,, जय मंगल रस स्वर्ण युक्त 1 रत्ती गोहदन्ती भस्म 4 रत्ती शहद में मिलाकर सुबह-शाम सेवन कराएं। उपर से ताजा गिलोय का काढ़ा बनाकर पीने को दें। योग परिक्षित है। पिछले 40 वर्ष से प्रयोग कर रहा हूं।
