A 46-year-old female presented with left-sided hearing loss. What is your opinion on diagnosis and treatment?

Cerebellopontine angle tumor on left side ? Acoustic neuroma

hearing loss sarivadi vati 1 tab thrice daily.Nirgundi taila.2 drops to each ear twice daily.Balaristha 2 tsp twice daily.Applying ksheerabala oil around the ears and head.

Vestibular Schwannoma left side. Less than 3 cm go for Gamma knif stereotactic radio surgery

Acoustic neuroma Needs further investigation and evaluation to conclude and line of treatment.

Acoustic neurinoma below 3cm gammaknife&if neurogical dtoriation occurs then only surgery.

POSSIBLY LEFT. SIDED VESTIBULAR SCHWANNOMA.... Needs .. TREATMENT ACCORDINGLY
