ECG findings are normal. A step a head pl go for TMT.. He seems to have cardiac neurosis...Myositis intercostalis...and reflux oesophagitis. Tranqualizer and PPI .

It may be neuralgia R/O cervical spondylitis As far as dyslipidemia is concerned Traidmail or brisk walk 3-4 km/day may help or may start tab.Fenofibrate 145 mg HS for 1 month. Add anti-anxiety clonafit 0.25 mg hs

All reports look near normal....Lipid profile is slightly abnormal ....only regular excercise for 30 mins per day will help him out for his symptoms...

Patient height and weight ? Calculate his BMI Investigations are showing dyslipedaemia so put him on Tab Rosuvastatin 10 mg 1 HS Fat restricted diet .Regular excercise plan As per newer guidelines his blood pressure has to be taken into consideration and start Tab Olmesartan 20 mg 1 OD You need to address his anxiety by giving Reassurance and anxiolytics As his family history is positive for diabetes &Coronary artery disease counsel him to adhere to treatment strictly and regular follo up Thanks

Although his ecg is normal he has dyslipedemia and family history of CAD and has symptoms better to do treadmill, If positive go for cag and if negative advice for regular exercise, counselling for anxiety and regular follow up.

Dyslipidemia is present. ECG seems normal. Lifestyle changes, reassurance and Antacid are good initially. Reevaluate serum lipids after 1.5 to 2 months.

ECG. Normal. Blood Reports :- Mild hypocalcemia. Mild dislipidimia. Otherwise all are normal. Pt.may have anxiety only

In this era, you need to do troponins. Refer to cardiologist and he may advise stress test and ECHO. Though the case looks simple it may turn into worst?

ECG- Normal sinus rhythm. Blood report s dyslipidaemia, hypocalcemia, UTI. Pt is in anxiety.

ECG looks normal His current symptoms may be due to anxiety or mild acid peptic disease, so give some PPI But considering his dyslipidaemia and family history suggest lifestyle modifications and mild dose of a statin
