Need history and placed V1 to v3 on proper space

A 60yr old male pt, came with c/o lowbackache (left side)..no h/o HTN/DM/Asthma.. Bp- 170/80 PR- 98bpm ..more pain on while getting up

NSR with sinus tachycardia Non specific T inversion in L3. Poor R wave progression in V1 to V3 Suggest cardiac evaluation

Normal sinus rhythm, small QRS ,complexes non progression of r waves, correlate clinically
