Hello Doctors please suggest ayurvedic treatment for migraine . which medicine is the best for migraine.

Dear Dr. Sweety Aggarwal ma'am, Advice for the case. Tab. Shirah Shuladi Vajra Ras 1 tds. Advice for Pratimarsh Nashya with Gau ghruta. Advice for wheat halwa between 6 to 8 morning .

रोगी अर्ध भेदक से पीड़ित है। चिकित्सा संबंधी योग,,,, रोगी को सुबह गर्म जलेबी खिलाएं सूर्य उदय से पूर्व। तगर 50 ग्राम जटामांसी 25 ग्राम लेकर दोनों का पाउडर बनाकर 10 ग्राम रात को सोते समय दूध के साथ दे। अणु तेल का नश्य धारण करना चाहिए। निश्चित रूप से लाभ होगा। योग परिक्षित है। पिछले 40 वर्ष से प्रयोग कर रहा हूं।

First find out causetive factor and vitiated dosha. 1)Hetu parivarjanam 2)If vata dosha then use Tail Nasya. If pitta do ghrita Nasya, and if Kapha then pradhaman Nasya is beneficial. If rakta is predominance then raktamoksha is beneficial. 3)Also give medicines internally according to dosha.

Considering age of the Pt - Tab Cephagrain 1 BD. For 30 days Cephagrain nasal drops three times keeping in mind that drops are very irritant.
