D/d Condensing ostietis Cementoblastoma Hypercementosis Most probably it is condensing ostietis since the there is pulp involvement. This might be a chronic lesion. Advuve rct of 36 And remove the sclerotic bone Antibiotic and analgesic Regular follow up

For Hypercementosis the opaque lesion should be in continuation with the Lamina dura For cementoblastomas there should be a radiolucent rim. Since pulp involved it's condensing osteitis

Dear Dr,As we can see its clear cut adaptation and adhesion of opaque Lesion with Root with Cementosis so Its Most probably Hypercementosis.Thanks

Condensing osteitis or Focal sclerosing osteomyelitis.

Cementoblastoma.better to extract.

Both are possible diag.
