Take the modalities into consideration if it is a gangrene weather it's a wet or dry gangrene.how it started...take the nature of wound slow healing of wounds..

Firstly check HbA1c test. ... If test is normal then give Hepar sulph 1M 1 dose per day and Silecia 10M at night for three days continuously...

Check her blood glucose levels n HbA1c. Drug- Ars alb 200 weekly one dose .fr one month. Need Echinacea tinct dressing ( External application )
