Fever since 7 days, Widal test positive However Widal test is not confirmatory test for Typhoid, many times it is false positive Blood culture is only way to confirm Typhoid fever Therefore other differential diagnosis for fever also need to be considered such as Malaria, leptospirosis, scrub Typhoid, Dengue Empirical antibiotic to cover Typhoid, scrub typhus and leptospirosis may help Azithromycin + Doxycycline+ ivermectin may help
