7 month male having these rash since 12days of birth, slightly increasing in size.what is the diagnosis and PROGNOSIS???

Capillary haemgioma (Nevus flammeus). Best left to disappear by its own.(May take 2 to 10 years).

Hemangioma, self limiting, even though it may temporarily increase for some time.

Hemangioma,Scalp.Or Struge Weber Syndrome if other cranial features are present.
