Hematuria 2 episodes- no othe symptoms- BLADDER TUMOUR

A 65 years old male with only symptoms of haematuria 2 episodes. No dysuria , increased frequency of micturition or fever . A USG was advised. It wS a case of bladder tumour Further approach towards this patient

In a man of 65 years with hematuria needs thorough clinical, radiological (U.S,C.T.Scan) and pathological examination for the assessment of nature of the tumor, stage of the disease.In case it is malignant management with surgery, radiation therapy and chemotherapy as per histopathological and stage.

Refer to Urologist for TURBT Then reduscuss with Pathology report if TURBT If There is no muscle in specimen then repeat TURBT So further discussion will be needed after Histopathology report if TURBT.

Bladder mass tumour MRI abdomen and pelvis needed CA 125 also
