Two nodules at limbus lower one has flat cystic/gelatinous extension on bulbar conjunctiva. Phlyctenular conjunctivitis keep possibility of conjunctival cysticercosis also, try topical steroids and see changes in lesion. Siezures history is there do get CT brain also done. Cysticercosis may require excision & Albendazol therapy.

Limbal phlyctenular conjunctivitis. Get CXR and mantoux test (5 TU) done. Mx: topical antibiotic steroid eye drop, 4/3/2/1 per week Topical lubricant eye drop QID

Allergy to staphylococci is now the commonest cause of phlyctenular conjunctivitis.
