58 years old female - a known diabetic and hypertensive on regular treatment. Developed these lesions since 4 days . The pictures were sent on WhatsApp as part of telemedicine. Opinion please To me it appears to be Herpes Zoster involving the trigeminal nerve

Herpes zoster ophthalmicus: .rx : .tab. aciclovir 800mg 5times /day for 10 days. . Oral.nsaid . Tab. Azithromycin. Eye is involved in almost all cases & requires topical rx in addition to above mentioned rx.
