Multiple grouped vesicles with inflammatory base with burning, irritation contact with cloths and dermatomal pattern with unilateral more favour to HERPES ZOSTER... Here T5 to T10 dermatomes are involved... Treatment.... Tab Valacyclovir 1000 mg 8 hrly Pregabalin with nortriptyline evening 5pm daily... Start with Prednisolone 60 mg daily and tappering the dose every alternative days to 5 mg to reduce the inflammation part. Gabapentin topical gel after lidocaine 10% spray will relieve the burning pain immediately... Personal hygiene and good Nutrition Avoid spicy and non vegetarian foods...

Typical verruca zoster Lesions are running from back scapular region down to achest and abdomen anteriorly just subcoastal area Yes dermatomes involved are T5 to T10
