Age of the patient is very important in this case .? Age,presented with high grade fever with chills with out any seizure or alteration of sensorium. This indicate only a systemic illness. No head ache or seizure or alteration in sensorium. So history wise no signs or symptoms suggestive of meningitis/ encephalone involvement. Then ,what was the reason to do a CT brain ?. Any systemic illness like UTI,Malaria, Dengue only can consider with limited history and with out clinical signs.
