HISTORY:- 14 year old boy presented with change in eye size since 2 days. No h/o trauma EXAMINATION findings:- RE inferior scleral show Ortho in all gazes(don't have 9 gaze) no diplopia BCVA 6/6 Both eyes RE cylinder Given are his clinical picture,fundus picture and ultrasound bscan. what may be the probably diagnosis?
