-congenital penile anamoly. -duplication in number -called as DIPHALLIA. -in ssome cases each penile has only one cavernosa body and urethra and in some cases two cavernosa body and urethra. -other associated anamolies r common: bifid scrotum bladder duplication diastsis pubic symphysis. renal agensis or ectopia -evaluation should include imaging of entire urinary tract. usg and voiding cystourethrogram -Treatment individualized -looking at other associated anamolies. GOAL:attaining satisfactory functional and cosmetic result.
