History of patient since 2 months, mild itching & pain with light pus
Acne vulgaris with sec infection Rx frequent face wash preferably salicure face wash.give antibiotic like azithromycin250mg once daily or a/d for 1month or doxycycline100mg oncedaily for1month+tab isotretinoin20mg oncedaily for1month or tab Acitrin 25mgonce daily . Locally apply clinmifaceA oint or gel twice daily and benzyl benzoate 5%oint at bedtime before 1/2 an hr and wash before sleep. Follow up every fortnightly.
Multiple Inflamed/Uninflamed Nodules N Cystic,ie fluid/pus filled bumbs---- It's a case of NODULOCYSTIC ACNE
Nodulocystic acne, Rx-BERBERIS AQUAFOLIUM Q 20 drops+20 DROPS ROSE WATER+VIT E CAPSULE mix and apply on face daily,HEPAR SULPH 200 OD daily for 1 month
