9 years female child, swelling, tenderness and mild pain over left aerolar area since 15 days. DX and Rx please.

Absolutely no treatment required if there is no local rise of temperature. May be due to Thelarchy which is a normal process.
POSSIBLY.... INITIAL. STAGE. OF THELARCHE.... ... WHICH. STARTS. AT. THE. AGE. OF.......8 --12. YRS.....IN. GENERAL
Its a case of abscess.antibiotics such as augmentin and ibuprofen 200 tds for 5 days needs to be started.
