Question seems to be irrelevant As no units are not decided as it depends on Blood loss Hypovolemic shock Anaemia needs correction depending on type of anaemia Thalassemia are different to treat Effluent loading will affect cardiac output

Severe anemia to be corrected by blood and it should be given slow keeping eye on lungs and Hb%, pack cell are better in case

Three UNITS if needed more then give Injection Calcium gluconate one amp iv slowly

Depends on HB level and pathology
