70Y/O female patient with HTN complaining of multiple joint pain. Non DM, with no other major complaints. Chief Complaints Multiple joint pain for past 6 months Vitals P-80/m Bp- 150/90 (on amlokind at) Investigations Ch - TLC- 10,900 HB- 10.5 Diagnosis ?? Management ??

Though It's rare to develop rhematoid arthritis is in this age but still go for antiCCP ,esr crp Before that clinical history should be more elaborated which joints are involved?small or large , morning stiff is present or not ,signs of acute inflammation are present or not
