b very careful in treating them . since if they improve then money problem arises n they will say doctor ne loot liya . n if they deteriorate local gundas n politicians will arrive n try to harass u . its better to refer serious cases n focus on patients whom u can treat easily .
Pl do not try to admit if OPD possible if serious we reassure start only if atedent ready talking risk
