How to manage post operative(LSCS) bowel obstruction &Pelvic abscess?

Patient came with symptoms & signs of small bowel obstruction & pelvic abscess on day 16 of LSCS operation.Treated conservatively with iv fluid, antibiotics,Ryles tube aspiration...followed byEnema, gastric lavage after few days.She had high fever, recurrent vomiting after ryles tube removal.She has been referred toGMCH.....exploratory laperotomy done there on day34 of LSCS.Drainage of pelvic abscess+minimal adhesiolysis done.she got blood transfusion for anaemia kcl iv for low potassium.Today on day46 of LSCS operation she is having abdominal distension, vomiting again.Now her Hb% is 8.8gm%, ESR140,she is developing pericarditis, mild plural effusion, &recurrent pelvic abscess(asperUSG done today.)HerTBFeron test is negative.What to do, kindly suggest.

Again drainge of pelvic abscess done with Pus culture and sensitive test must Patient goes in multiple organ sepsis Should start Higher antibiotics like meropenem and Linezolid Abdomen drainge needed
