Needs surgical intervention
VVF is a known Complication of Hysterectomy . In this case also - it is the result of Hysterectomy. Needs detailed evaluation for location of the site of fistula and surgery is the only option. Refer to a urologist

Post surgical vesicovaginal fistula Needs closure of fistula with urethroplasty but take the opinion of urosurgeon
