How tret this case???

Age45,male since two years suffering from heamorrhoieds,is he needs surgery or medicali can we manege, please advise with treatment,

It is case 3rd to 4 th degree piles partially prolapsed Initial treatment and to prepare the pt for surgery Blood examination to see pt is anaemic or not if low haemoglobin to be raised to 10 gm% if necessary by blood transfusion All other relevant investigation Step to take not to have further bleeding Laxative, tab Dobiselate 500 bd to continue When the pt is ready Surgical procedure A. Rubber band ligation is the standard treatment B. Sub mucosal resection of th pile bunch.

These are prolapsed grade 4 hemorrhoides and appears to be nonreducible hence best option is hemorrhoidectomy There are different surgical interventions like stapling or BEIIL ETC

A case of 3rd - 4th degree Internal hemorrhoids. NO OTHER OPTIONS EXCEPT FOR HEMORRHOIDECTOMY . Other options like stapling may not help
