Huge swelling in anterior mandible - Dx?
Chief Complaint A 32 y/o male presented with a large anterior mandibular swelling. History Patient has no past medical or family history. Examination Examination shows an anterior mandibular expansion in left canine to right canine region. It is not painful. Investigation OPG was done which shows a large, well-defined unilocular radiolucency in the anterior mandible between teeth 33 & 44. Diagnosis What is this radiolucency? Treatment Please advice line of management.
Duration? History of 42,43? D/d radicular/ residual cyst Central giant cell granuloma Unicystic ameloblastoma Adv. Biopsy and confirm with final diagnosis and Treat accordingly
Any prosthesis
Any history of trauma....? Vitality of 44 45?....provisional diagnosis:odontogenic keratocyst
