History Hypertension diabetes Vitals Increase heart rates, blood pressure control, Physical Examination Normal Investigations RBS 770 mg/DL Diagnosis Delirium due to general medical conditions... hyperglycaemia. Management Blood sugar control, insight oriented therapy...
Needs further investigation and evaluation to conclude till reports complied. Iv fluids, NS ,RL Insulin in stat than in drip. Inj ceftam 1gm iv bd. Maintain I O Chart. Correction of dehydration and electrolytes. Regular monitoring and constant evaluation required.
Hyperosmolar state Needs hospitalization immediately Hyperosmolar coma is a medical emergency Presents with high sugars more than 600 mg, dehydration,coma,can get seizures ,stroke, Cbc,urine for ketones,ABG,Electrolytes,kft Iv fluids...Normal saline ,insulin regular ,antibiotics.
Insulin drip. Sodabicarb. Oxygen

56 years old female with 18 history of diabetes and high blood pressure in management with insulin and losartan with no major cardiovascular events at this time. She's been complaining of this problem one week ago, this lesions started in the groins and now there are in her armpit, arms nach chest. This lesions start like the first picture and suddenly take the appareance of the second one, are painful. The whole skin examination shows nothing more. What's your suspicions?
