A 58 yr old female diabetic Patient has severe pain in Left ear region, radiating to head for past 1 month... Pain is non specific to foods , temperature, posture.. Case refered from ENT after ruling out ear problems... No regional lymph nodes palpable.. Pain started bilaterally in ear region a week back... No general symptoms of fever ,malaise.. Kindly suggest me your opinion...
