Male patient of age 40 Height 6*10 Weight 90 Complexion Black Chief Complaints Complain of breathlessness Mild cough and mild chest pain History Not taking Any medication previously Vitals Bp:170/130 Pulse:100 Temprature:99.9 Investigations No any investigation Management Provide lasix 40 mg bp decrease to 120/80 after two hour But again rise to 180/130 Now what to do??

Serum urea creatinine and fasting blood sugar..if patient is diabetic then start telmisartan 40 OD.. Salt restricted diet and daily physical activity

RTPCR and RAT for COVID ,ECG,ECHO , Blood exam for inflammatory markers, D Dimer, RFT, Diabetic profile, Lipids ,LFT and ABG ,HRCT chest should be taken. Check SO2 ,start nasal O2 Clinidipine, metaorolol ,and telmisartan can be introduced one after another, titrating BP Further management according to results .

HTN with s/O infection.. CBC, CRP, S. Creatinine.. Treat accordingly...Raised CRP should give suspicion of Covid-19...Start with ARB... Add diuretic or CCB according to response..
