If one can be conscious of his diet, thinking and his actions can prevent having hypertension. Diet should include more of vegetables and fruits then pulses should avoid nonveg. Optimistic thinking without having thoughts of injuring others. All his actions should be beneficial to all creatures of universe. Avoid saturated fats and junk food which may cause blockage in arteries. Devotion to God and practicing yoga and Pranayam regularly, no chance of any fluctuations in BP.
