Comorbidity St depression in v4 to v6 Incomplete lbbb Myocardial ischemia Angina 2 decho tropi & t Opinion of cardiologist Sublingual sorbitrate5 mg if Pain relieved it confirm angina
Present pt's complain requires more investigation for other comorbidities. Ecg shows flattened st segments in v4,5&6. Do have Lipid Tsh S creatine VitB12
Flattening of St segment in multiple leads. Check Lytes level

A 52 years old male taking treatment for hypertension and Dyslipidaemia. Nebilol 5,atorvastatin 20,Telma H 40 for couple of years with good control. He is nondiabetic and to some extend overwt. Not a smoker but take alcohol on occasions. For the last 3 months he has chest pain but as per the severity is concerned he has consulted now.
