Hypertension in young

A 33 year old male presented to the OPD with complaints of headache and occasional chest discomfort on and off three days back and now he visits me, he is much relieved, didn't had an attack of headache or chest discomfort He stated in his past visit that his blood pressure remains on a higher side and reaches to about 170/100 sometimes His blood pressure upon visit three days back was 168/90 mmHg. After three days of having taken - Bisohart AM once daily, Ecosprin AV 75/10 HS Pantop DSR OD BBF During these three days, he got his tests done, which are as follows - S.Cr - 1.78 ( upper limit of the reference range) Lipid profile is deranged S.Uric Acid - 7.68 BP- 130/80 Pulse - 78/min ECG - Normal Sinus Rhythm Management My concern is - Does anti hypertensive medications needs to be changed to better fit his profile or is it fine seeing his current control of BP?

Stage 3 hypertension in young male Need history of alcohol intake, any previous medical condition like kidney ailment, swelling of feet, ECG, Xray chest, bilateral renal artery doppler, urine albumin, fundoscopy. BMI?Obesity? Can add telmisartan.
