pt 55 year female come with complaint of headache vomiting since 5 days BP 240/120 vertigo weakness in rt side of the body after treatment BP settle 180/90 kft normal CBC normal

55 y / male c/o giddiness / breathlessness / since last 3 hours - 2 episodes of vomiting / inability to move extremities- weakness in all four - chronic alcoholic - one episode of seizure ? - conscious / oriented / afebrile . BP 220/120 - RR 18 / pulse 88 / K- 4.9 / Na 147 / . Discuss management ??

A 65 year old female who was brought unconsicous to ED in the morning. Diabetes and Hypertension present too RBS -400 BP 180/100 Urine ketone Negative KFT,LFT,URINE RM- All WNL Have had one episode of seizure and one episode of vomiting NCCT report attached
