Low TSH with high T4 is better marker for hyperthyroidism.... And test for thyroid autoantibodies can lead you to more specific diagnosis....

Low TSH and High T4 indicates hyperthyroidism. The low TSH is more important, it stimulates and signals Thyroid gland to produce more T4.

Low TSH and High T4 Hyperthyroidism, it means your thyroid is overactive and produces too much of a hormone called thyroxine.

Definitely low tsh & high ft4 ideal add tpo also for perfect diagnosis
