Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis case

Chief complaint 69 y/o male with h/o idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis presents with worsening dyspnea of 1 week. Initially he has dyspnoea on exertion, now he also complains of dyspnoea on rest. History He has URTI for 7 days. Vital BP: 145/75 mmHg Temperature: 97.4◦F Heart rate: 110 beats/minute RR: 35 breaths/minute Investigations No fever, sputum production, hemoptysis, chest pain noted. Treatment How this case should be managed?
