If a patient is pregnant and not affordable then at what month we recommend usg and what all ?
USG in all 3 trimesters are advisable. If patient can afford only 2 scans then 1st and 2nd trimester are to be done. If patient can afford only one scan then anomaly scan is preferable.
Never encourage such patient in day today practice . One should know their own situation
