Impacted canine!

Chief complaint A 12 y/o female presents with mild swelling in the anterior region. It's not painful. History No history of such lesion in the past. No past medical or family history. Investigations OPG shows a cystic radiolucency with impacted 33. Treatment What approach should be followed?

Dentigerous cyst Advise Surgical interventional

Dentigerous cyst ... Adv cbct and go for surgical enucleation and extract canine. Ask for lip parasthesia before surgery.

P/D is Dentigerous Cyst FNAC of the lesion followed by surgical enucleation
