Impacted tooth with radiolucency

Chief Complaint 18 y/o female presents with the complaint of pain in the 4th posterior quadrant. Examination Mild intra-oral swelling is present in the same region. No extraoral swelling was noted. Investigations OPG was done and shows impacted tooth with radiolucency irt 48. The radiolucency is displacing tooth 48 inferiorly. Diagnosis Can you tell the diagnosis for this radiolucency? Treatment What treatment approach should be followed?
