Lupus Vulgaris

Importance of histopathology in diagnosis. Gradually increasing Nodule at left arm following automobile accident since 18 months. Figures 1-3 presents the changes in the nodule in last 3 months of follow up. DD suggested in this interesting case are as follow. 1 Keloid 2 Hypertrophic scar 3 Dermatofibroma or Dermatofibromasarcoma Protuberans 4 Foreign body resulting an abscess burst out 5 Lupus Vulgaris Figures 4-9 presents microphotographs of HP. Are we nearer to diagnosis? Thank you.
