29 y/o female. First developed a furuncle on thigh. Applied antibiotic cream for days. Furuncle did not develop any further, no pain but still red and swollen around area. A few days after, patient developed pruritic rash around area. Rash spreading around thigh and lower leg. Any guess what it is? Staph infection?

A male patient aged around 65 years presented with the history of swelling of the left feet for the past 6 years . Initially there was a temporary on and off relief in the swelling but for the last 2 year's it is permanent. O/E Swelling of the left feet present Non pitting edema present Kaposi- stemmer sign present( inability to pinch the skin of the 2 nd toe) Skin surface is thickened with multiple nodules and verrucous growths No discharge present Vien's above the swelling appear swollen Foul smell present Swelling of the left inguinal lymph nodes( nontender, discreet) present General examination- Normal Inv- Complete blood count, renal , HIV and hepatic test done and they're normal I have sent for biopsy KINDLY GIVE YOUR OPINION
