in his back of neck , finger and left upper lid , please suggest the diagnosis and management for this child of 4 months ,one on back is since birth but two other developed at 2 month
multiple haemangioma ,topical temolol eye drop have good result it's safer than oral propranolol
Multiple haemangioma . Needs treatment with propranolol . Start with 1 mg/kg/day in two divided doses after feeds . Gradually increase the dose to 2 mg/kg/day . Look for complication like bradycardia n hypoglycaemia . Tropical steroid ointment can be used .
