Inability to have food
Female Pt aged 53 years with past history of TB, C/O inability to have food with presence of hunger. She is feeling gurgling sensation and occasionally nausea while having food. She has the feeling bof hunger but doesn't have mind to have food. She is more fond of liquids or semisolids in these condition. She has frequent breathing difficulties ( not breathlessness but feels heaviness) and mild pain over the chest. Chest X-ray and ECG. appers normal. Motion- regular Sleep- sound HTN - under diet control, not on regular medication. No H/o DM Built- very lean Kindly guide in this case History Previously diagnosed with TB around 20years back and as bronchiectasis 2 yrs back. Vitals BP- 130/90mm of hg Temp - normal
