Increased obstructive sleep apnea

Chief Complaint A 16-year-old female presents with increased obstructive sleep apnea & mild fever. Vitals BP: 110/85 mm Hg, Breathing, 78 bpm, HR: 105 beats/min, Temp: 99.9 degree F. History Past medical and family history is unremarkable. Examination She was mildly obese. Lungs & Cardiac examination were normal. Treatment What is your opinion on management?

Sleep Apnea I think shirodhara is best for this condition. And avoiding vatakar ahar vihar. Pranayama and asana like sarvangasan, halasan are good.
