Infantile hemangioma

A newborn present with this lesion. Likely of a hemagioma. Kindly suggest Treatment and the precautions to be taken ?

Infantile Hemangioma a. Can involute as the age progresses b. Evaluate for presence of lesion elsewhere. c. Wait and watch at present. No treatment as there is no functional disturbance as well the lesion is not life threatening. d. Reassurance of the parents. e. Regular follow up the baby for evaluation of lesion of size and nature of lesion.

Small haemangioma in labia majora No active treatment required at this stage it may get resolution in due course of time

Yeah it's hemangioma Oral proponanol is helpful

Hemangioma, oral propranolol 2-3 mg/ kg in divided dose helpful in regression.

Sir, Even if it is very small roughly about 0.5-1cm we should strt on propranolol. Wat happens if it meds aren't taken .. Wat type of hemangioma is this likely to be sir
